What you are trusting
Keys, servers and what they can and cannot do.
Keys
- Publisher key (the collection's operator): can mint new tokens and set collection metadata. Cannot move, burn or change existing tokens.
- Mining operator: holds the ORYNT it pays out and sends the payouts. Cannot touch your works or your registry entries.
- Your key: the only one that can transfer your works, enrol or withdraw them.
Servers
The publish API verifies your signature, checks the gate, pins to IPFS and mints. The rounds engine is a scheduled job that reads both chains and publishes its state to the repository every run. If either is down, nothing you own is at risk: works stay in your wallet, enrolments stay on-chain, accruals resume when the job runs again.
Data
Images and metadata are on IPFS by content hash. The engine's state (miners, accruals, payments) is a public file in the repository with a commit per round. Nothing about you is stored beyond what is already on-chain.
